Ask Property Developments

Ask Property Developments was formed in January 2000 and merged with Westport Developments in 2002. 

With its roots firmly planted in the North West, Ask has an extensive portfolio of mixed use schemes including First Street in Manchester city centre, Greengate Embankment in Salford close to Manchester Cathedral and Leopold Square in Sheffield City Centre.  The first phase of development at Knowlsley Place in Bury town centre has created new offices for the Council, a state of the art Primary Care Centre and a new car park for the town cetnre.

Ask has also been responsible for delivering high quality regeneration schemes including Rossetti Place, the Malmaison Hotel and Deansgate Locks.  Ask is currently developing Central Park - the UK's first large scale mixed use urban business park just 1.5 miles from Manchester city centre which has recently been announced as the new home for Greater Manchester Police Force Headquarters. 

Specialising in public:private partnership based development projects with a particular emphasis on innovation and good design, Ask is now working with 6 of the 10 Greater Manchester authorities and with Sheffield City Council. 

Ask has 25 employees and is based in Manchester city centre.
